What are SureSmile clear aligners?
SureSmile® Clear Aligners are an orthodontic treatment that works to gradually straighten your teeth with custom-fit, removable clear aligners.
We will digitally scan your teeth, then partner with the SureSmile® Digital Lab to create an individualized treatment plan that enables your aligners to move your teeth from your first aligner to your last.
How is SureSmile Different from other Aligners?
SureSmile® Clear Aligners are designed using a customized treatment plan developed from our proprietary software and our SureSmile® Digital Lab experts.. Once your treatment plan is developed, we manufacture your aligners using advanced technology to achieve aligners with smooth edges for ultimate comfort. This process enables predictable results. You will know what to expect and when to come in for check-ins. We know that when clear aligners don’t interfere with your daily routine, you can achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
What is the Process
SureSmile at Mendelsohn Dental on Royal is designed to make the tooth straightening process as easy and as painless as possible. When you opt for SureSmile clear aligners, you can expect to go through the following steps:
- Clear Aligner Consult. this will consist of a 60min appointment where we will complete a 3D digital smile Scan, Photos and a Personalised treatment plan.
- Review and Decision time. We will show you your personalised 3d plan and explain the number of aligners and time frame to achieve the results you are after. At this stage you decided if you want to move ahead with your journey, our Treatment coordinator will be available to discuss your treatment and payment options at this appointment
- Congratulations first fitting. The first fitting will be conducted with care and much thought, you can now wear your SureSmile clear aligners as instructed. Eat, clean your teeth, work and play as usual
- Scheduled clinic visits. You’ll be asked to go back every 6 to 8 weeks for check-ups or, if it’s time, get fitted with your next set of SureSmile aligners
How much Do Clear Aligners with SureSmile cost?
At Mendelsohn Dental on Royal depending on the case prices range from $4000 (for smaller cases) to $7900 (for the complete package). Some costs may be covered by your health fund. Your SureSmile Clear aligner cost can be spread out over payments if required.
Your SureSmile Clear Aligner cost depend on factors such as:

- Mid-treatment custom-made aligner adjustments
